About Kackert Homes

Experience

Kackert Homes carries on a 46-year tradition as it creates new residential communities in Chicagoland's western suburbs. George D. Kackert constructed his first custom home in Aurora in 1962. His sons Patrick and Michael now carry on the family tradition. Since its inception, Kackert Homes has built over 2,000 custom-crafted, single-family and multi-family homes throughout Illinois, Texas, and Florida. Local communities include: Lora Lei Acres in Aurora, the Woods of Oakhurst in Aurora - Naperville, Deerpath Estates in Aurora, the Homestead of Prestbury in Sugar Grove, Park View Estates in Wheaton, selected homesites in Naperville and most recently Settlers Ridge of Sugar Grove.

Selection

One of the most important facets of Kackert Homes is their ability to offer a wide variety of home designs and floor plans, with a wide selection of standard options. To meet the specific needs and desires of their clients, their architects can also provide custom changes or floor plans.

Value

Kackert Homes offers more value for the housing dollar through developing their own land, financing their own construction and maintaining loyal, long-standing relationships with their subcontractors, assuring quality workmanship at highly competitive rates. The savings realized by Kackert Homes is passed on to buyers in the form of additional standard features that most builders offer as options, such as full basements, fireplaces, energy-efficient components and unique construction techniques.

Service

All Kackert Homes personnel are indoctrinated with the mandate that “pleasing the customer” is their primary goal.

From the first greeting by the sales representative at the model home to the last “walk-through” by the customer service specialist after move-in, service doesn't end until the Kackert home they purchased meets their expectations in every way.
