Walkthroughs, including a pre-drywall walk and the final walk-through, provide opportunities for you to observe your new home at different points in the production process and before you close.

Warranty Program.
Kackert Homes stands by the quality and construction techniques of our homes through our one-year warranty program. An 11-month walk addresses covered warranty issues you may have encountered in the first year of living in your new home.
After touring your home with our Customer Service professional, fast, courteous, and competent service will be scheduled to work with your busy lifestyle. Further warranty information, contact information and emergency phone numbers are provided in the closing package documentation.
